Hello, I am thinking of using your system for an outlet shopping center project. Most of the signs will be mounted in covered areas, but, some of them will need to be placed outside. In particular, I am thinking of using some of your freestanding towers for directories in between the shops. Has anyone used your signs this way? |
| Answer: |
All of the components of Vista System are durable and can be used outdoors. The aluminum parts are protected by an anodize or powder coat finish. The plastic parts are made from ABS and the steel parts are also treated and powder coated.

Absolutely not! Order whatever you need. We realize this type of situation can occur and choose not to have a minimum order policy. No order is too small, however, we do have a minimum shipping and handling charge.

I wanted to get a better understanding of how many sizes your system offers. Is 24" the largest you offer? |
| Answer: |
In Vista system the part number of the extrusion will always tell you the size of it in millimeters. For example: V600 is 600 mm wide or about 24". We currently have 26 sizes ranging from 30mm to 1200mm, which usually covers what our customers need.

| Question: |

On larger panels how do you keep the prints from wrinkling? How do you insure that they lay flat? |
| Answer: |

On the larger panels, it is a good idea to use a little heavier stock of paper. If you are using our expanded frames that are over 24" it is also possible to use a thin back panel insert and then sandwich the paper between it and the lens. Please, keep in mind that using paper outdoors is not an option we recommend to use in our frames. |
