While we are on that subject here is a good sales tip:
We suggest that you be open with your customers when selling Vista System to them. Be upfront with them that you do not sell Vista System exclusively. Sound crazy? Not really. If you think about it, one of the main concerns of someone trying to decide who to buy signs from is "how do I know they will do a good job" or, "if I buy this system will I be stuck forever with this company?" The answer to those legitimate concerns is that you can confidently tell the customer, that if for any reason you do not like the service, you are not stuck with me because any sign shop in the world may sell Vista System. This will instill confidence in the customer, while at the same time generate a greater degree of commitment in your company to get the job done right. Furthermore, this approach will set you apart from other sign companies bidding the job.
