How do I assemble a suspended Vista sign?

Answer:
STEP-BY-STEP SUSPENDED SIGNS

Prepare the materials and tools.

Mark the position with a carpenters square

Wipe surface clean of dirt and grease on both extrusions.

Apply VHB primer to both extrusions.

Peel off backing.

Position the connector.

Press firmly.

Repeat steps 1-7 on opposite side.

Place the side with the connectors in the Alignment Jig.

Peel off backing from both connectors.

Carefully place second extrusion in place.

Apply pressure and repeat steps 1-12 for all other Sections of the sign.

Measure hanging cable and cut to length.

Insert the cable in to the channel on the connector.

Tighten the screws on the bottom section and leave the others loose.

Insert DC connector between the assembled sections, size as needed.

Pull up the slack and tighten the remainder of the screws.

Drill a leading hole with a 3mm(1/8") drill bit through both layers of the extrusion.

Enlarge hole with a 9mm (3/8") drill bit for the top layer of extrusion only.

Screw a self-tapping screw through the extrusion holes into the DC connector.

Insert the end caps.
