ehf, a Vista System Ambassador in Reykjavík Iceland, recently supplied a
complete signage solution to a branch of The State Alcohol and Tobacco Company
of Iceland. The following is their summery of the project and their impressions.
"Our client, The State Alcohol and Tobacco Company of Iceland (ÁTVR) controls
the sales of alcohol in Iceland. It runs 49 liquor-shops in Iceland. They where
searching for a sign system with a sophisticated look but a simple method
allowing the interchange of printed text. Based on our positive experience and
knowledge from previous projects with Vista System we decided to introduce it to
ÁTVR’s marketing department.
Fast and professional services conducted by Vista System representatives where
one of the reasons why we decided to chose Vista. We are very satisfied with the
end results and so is the client.
One of the requests by the end user was that the sign system should be fixed to
different types of shelf systems they are using. Because of this we had to
design two different fixtures for fixing the signs to the shelves.
We used our CNC Router to cut out the pieces we designed in aluminum.
We had no problems with mixing the Vista profiles to the fixtures we made for
the installation.
Normally our buyers are companies that we have been serving for some years with
signage and printing services. Our sales process in this case included at first
a presentation of the Vista System by introducing it to the marketing
department. |
Step two was to take pictures of the location where the signs were to be placed.
These pictures where then graphically edited and pictures of the signs in
question were placed as correctly as possible. By doing this our buyer got a
visual feeling for how the signs would look like when they have been installed.
The delivery time was not a problem as the project had a good time frame. In
this case the prices of the Vista System where considered competitive and
acceptable by the buyer.
We are very pleased with the services and support we are getting from Vista and
hope to be able to increase our offerings and presentation of Vista products".
